Delwisch Design Group is a Materials Testing Management firm. Our Materials Testing Technicians provide independent review, implement corrective actions, and ensure that all Quality Objectives are being met.
Our Technicians work with Project Manager(s) to direct the focus on quality across all resulting products and services offered and through the ranks of those involved in their delivery.

The current Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure Quality Control Standard is based on the International Standard ISO 9001 and consists of the requirements as identified in ISO 9001:2000. Materials Testing is described in these standards as being comprised of two components:
General Contractors on Government of British Columbia Road Construction Projects are responsible for all aspects of the project including Materials Testing. The Ministry of Transportation & Infrastructure is responsible for the Quality Assurance component of the overall project, which is conducted by a designated Ministry Representative.
Materials Testing is defined as the process of checking specific product or service results to determine if they comply with relevant quality standards and identifying ways to eliminate causes of unsatisfactory product or service performance.
